In 1977 Ocuto Blacktop realized the need and benefit of having it's own manufacturing plant.  At that point Alliance Paving Materials Inc. was born.  They erected a new bituminous drum mixer and began manufacturing blacktop in 1977.

 

Within two years. in 1979 keeping up with their growth there was a need for a batch plant.  So they erected a 2 ton asphalt concrete batch plant to meet the growing business. 

 

They also have gravel facilities located in Western, NY (just North of  Rome)
